Privacy policy

RTP Ledger does not provide user accounts, a newsletter or a comment system. Vercel hosts the site and provides cookie-free Web Analytics. Vercel can process ordinary request data as described on this page.

What we measure and why

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate page use and selected interactions. Our code limits custom event properties to a fixed set of public identifiers. Custom events exclude form values and free text. We use the measurements to operate, secure and improve the site. We do not use them for personalised advertising or automated decisions about visitors. Custom events exclude names, email addresses, wallet addresses, search text, seeds and nonces.

Search URLs and ordinary logs

The homepage search event excludes the search text. The browser then opens a URL such as /search?q=example. The query string is part of the requested URL. RTP Ledger removes query strings and URL fragments before it sends a Vercel Analytics pageview or event. Vercel CDN or security logs can still contain the original requested URL. Vercel logs can also contain an IP address, user agent, timestamp and referrer. Do not enter personal or sensitive information in the search field.

Affiliate redirect logs

Casino affiliate buttons first request a query-free path such as /go/stake/casinos-list. The server selects the destination from a fixed casino list. For a valid RTP Ledger link, the server sends a Vercel Analytics event before it redirects the visitor. The event contains the public casino slug and a placement from a fixed list in the code. Visitors cannot set the destination URL. Vercel can process an IP address, user agent and referrer for the hosting request. RTP Ledger uses these request records to count redirects and diagnose broken links. Automated requests can appear in these records. We use operator reports as the record of registrations, deposits and conversions. Requests with a query string or an unknown placement do not create an affiliate event. The structured redirect log excludes names, casino account IDs, wallet addresses, payment amounts and free text.

Identifiers and cookies

Vercel states that Web Analytics does not set an analytics cookie. It uses a hash derived from the request to count a visitor during a session. Vercel states that it discards the visitor session after 24 hours. Vercel describes the reported data as anonymous and aggregate. The anonymous and aggregate description applies only to Web Analytics reports. Hosting and security systems can still process an IP address or requested URL. See Vercel's Web Analytics privacy notice.

The analytics script and collection endpoint use paths under /rb/ on the RTP Ledger domain. Vercel still processes these requests. The first-party path can make host-based blocking less likely. The first-party path does not add an analytics cookie. Microsoft Clarity is inactive on RTP Ledger.

Service provider and international processing

RTP Ledger determines the purposes described on this page. Vercel hosts the site and supplies Web Analytics. Vercel acts as a processor for Customer Data that it handles for RTP Ledger under its data processing addendum. Vercel states that it can act as a controller for some service-generated data under its own terms.

Vercel and its subprocessors operate globally. Data can therefore be processed outside Norway and the European Economic Area (EEA). Vercel's data processing addendum provides Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism where required. Processing is not limited to Norway or the EEA. See Vercel's data processing addendum and its subprocessor information.

Retention

Vercel Analytics reports and infrastructure logs have different retention periods. The Analytics reporting window depends on the Vercel plan. Vercel states that it can retain data beyond the visible reporting window. Function, CDN and security log retention depends on the service and account configuration. RTP Ledger can retain aggregated commercial totals that do not identify a visitor. Contact us for the current configuration or to request deletion. See Vercel's analytics limits and retention details.

Your rights

Your applicable law can give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer personal data. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can complain to your local data protection authority. Web Analytics reports are designed to avoid identifying an individual. RTP Ledger can therefore be unable to isolate one analytics record without more information from you. RTP Ledger will explain the result of your request and involve Vercel when applicable.

Tools

The provably-fair verifier and calculators perform their calculations in your browser. Values entered in the verifier or calculators, including seeds, nonces, and amounts, are not included in our custom analytics events.

Other third parties

RTP Ledger serves most slot thumbnails and casino logos from its own domain. Some crypto token and wallet logos load from third-party servers. Requests for these images use a no-referrer policy, so the request omits the RTP Ledger page address. The third party can still receive your IP address. Outbound casino links open sites with their own privacy policies. RTP Ledger does not control those policies. RTP Ledger does not operate a separate external-link beacon or private analytics database alongside Vercel Web Analytics.
