Application checks and fees
The published application process includes document review and regulatory due diligence. Applicants must identify directors and beneficial owners. They must also provide financial evidence and source-of-funds records.
The current fee schedule lists a €17,828 issue fee and a €17,828 annual renewal fee. It lists €500 for each additional B2C domain. The authority can revise these fees.
Ongoing operator duties
The licence conditions require operators to use approved domains. The licence conditions require reports about material changes. The licence conditions also require operators to provide information at the authority's request.
The operator code requires clear terms and complaint procedures. The code also states that player balances must be separate from operating funds.
Complaint and dispute process
Submit a complaint to the operator through the interactive licence seal. The operator has 30 calendar days to investigate and respond.
An unresolved complaint can go to an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. The operator pays the ADR cost. The authority oversees compliance but does not decide the individual dispute.
